P-80® Lubricants provide temporary lubrication that reduces the force needed to assemble tight-fitting rubber and soft plastic parts.  P-80 Lubricants can be applied manually or automatically by dip, brush, sponge, or spray techniques.

P-80® Emulsion Temporary Rubber Lubricant

 

“The Original.” A biodegradable blend of synthetic esters and water.  Provides a thin film of lubrication to significantly reduce friction.

P-80® THIX Temporary Rubber Lubricant Gel

 

A biodegradable, non-drip thixotropic gel that is ideal for overhead and vertical assembly operations.  Provides excellent lubrication.

P-80® Grip-it Quick-Drying Hose Lubricant

 

A quick-drying, water-based surfactant and polymer mixture for use on non-porous and coated rubber. Dries tacky to help parts stay in place.  Excellent for use on pressure-tested hoses.


P-80® Redilube
 

A biodegradable lubricant designed for use on non-porous and coated rubber surfaces.  Lubricates well, but dries quickly and completely.  Ideal for sub-assembly applications.  

INCIDENTAL FOOD CONTACT LUBRICANTS

P-80® Lubricants for Incidental Food Contact are registered with NSF as category H1, and meet FDA regulation 21 CFR 178.3570, which controls lubricants that come into contact with food surfaces.
